Requirements
- Partner with global account leadership to identify workflow inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design and optimise sales processes to increase productivity and account growth
- Develop enablement materials, playbooks, and training to support new tools and ways of working
- Track performance metrics and provide insight-led recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into account planning, forecasting, reporting, pricing analysis, customer insights, and internal coordination
- Implement and manage AI-powered tools that improve data visibility, response times, and strategic insight
- Automate repetitive administrative and reporting tasks to allow the account team to focus on high-value commercial activity
- Evaluate emerging AI solutions and recommend practical applications relevant to the global account
- Support effective adoption and responsible use of AI across the account team
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Technology functions supporting the global account
- Improve reporting frameworks and dashboard visibility to support executive-level reviews
- Support governance, documentation, and process consistency across regions
- Lead change management initiatives related to new tools and workflow improvements
