We are looking for an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for AI Paralegal, selling to Australian family law firms. The successful candidate will help shape how we sell and execute it, and have a genuine interest in AI, legal technology, and how tools are used in real workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a B2B sales, SaaS, or consultative sales environment
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into booked demos and closed deals
- Experience working with professional services clients (legal experience highly regarded but not required)
- Confidence leading client conversations, presenting solutions, and influencing decision-makers
- A genuine interest in AI, legal technology, and how tools are used in real workflows
- Strong commercial mindset, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Paralegal or legal practice experience is highly regarded, but not essential
