LP Systems and Data Analyst

The Loss Prevention Systems and Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Loss Prevention organization through data, systems, and analytics. This position owns the development, maintenance, and performance of LP reporting systems, dashboards, and case management tools. The role transforms complex data into actionable insights that support strategy, enable field execution, and drive measurable reductions in inventory shrink and operational losses across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Criminal Justice, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in retail loss prevention analytics, shrink analysis, inventory accuracy, or other data‐driven retail or operations roles
• Experience with Exception‐Based Reporting, Case Management systems, and CCTV platforms preferred
• Experience with Agilence and Jira is a plus
