As a Regional Sales Director, STR, you will lead, develop, and scale a high performing sales team responsible for driving new customer acquisition, expanding existing relations, and accelerate STR’s growth objectives for the business in your assigned region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience directly managing field sales professionals
- Proven ability to meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Experience managing a CRM
- An established industry network across South East Asia
- Extensive local knowledge of the markets implied above
- Local language skills from the region
- SaaS sales experience preferred
