We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot Administrator to manage, optimize, and maintain our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform. The ideal candidate will have direct experience serving in HubSpot administration, working across sales, marketing, and customer success teams to improve processes, enhance data integrity, and drive operational efficiency. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset to help maximize the impact of HubSpot within our healthcare B2B SaaS organization.
This role will also work closely with Product Marketing to conceptualize, build, track, and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance metrics.
Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM Administration & Management
- Serve as the primary administrator for the HubSpot platform, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data privacy and compliance.
- Customize properties, pipelines, workflows, and reports to align with business objectives.
- Manage data integrity, including deduplication, cleanup, and import/export processes.
- Develop custom reports utilizing the HubSpot Marketing Analytics suite.
- Oversee HubSpot integrations with other business applications (Dynamics, Demandbase, Zoom, Uberflip, etc.).
Process Optimization & Automation
- Design, implement, and manage automated workflows, sequences, and triggers to enhance sales and marketing operations.
- Collaborate with teams to improve lead management, segmentation, and nurturing processes.
- Create and maintain custom dashboards and reports for stakeholders to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automation across teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and other regulatory requirements in data handling.
Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, landing pages, forms, and email automation.
- Assist sales teams in optimizing deal pipelines, forecasting, and lead scoring strategies tailored for healthcare B2B sales cycles.
- Provide insights and recommendations for A/B testing and campaign performance improvements.
- Implement and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to engage healthcare enterprises.
- Ensure proper tracking of campaign attribution and customer journey analytics.
Training & Support
- Develop and conduct training sessions for new and existing HubSpot users.
- Act as the point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving HubSpot-related issues.
- Stay updated with HubSpot updates, features, and best practices to ensure optimal platform utilization.
- Document processes, workflows, and standard operation procedures (SOPs) for HubSpot usage.
- Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual Performance Plan.
- Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline, required.
- 7+ years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for email and landing page customization.
- Expertise in lead scoring models for high-value healthcare prospects is a plus.
- Experience with data management, segmentation, reporting, and integrations.
- Strong skills in workflow automation, email marketing, and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable HubSpot solutions.
- Knowledge of API integrations, third-party tools, and CRM best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to train and support cross-functional teams.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Marketing Software or CRM Implementation) are a plus.
- Knowledge of healthcare marketing compliance, HIPAA requirements, and regulatory best practices are a plus.

Base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
