[CLS] Senior or Principal, Financial Planning & Analysis

CLS is seeking a Business Partner with a Finance perspective in the FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) position, playing a key role in the company’s rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial strategy, strong analytical skills, and expertise in Financial Modeling and MS Office Excel.

Requirements

• 5-13 years of experience in the finance field (finance department, tech/on-line industry, investment bank, accounting firm preferred)
• Expertise in Financial Modeling and MS Office Excel
• Experience in setting and managing KPIs
• Strong analytical thinking and data-based storytelling skills
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and business partnership skills
• Self-driven and quick learning ability
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and respond to uncertainty
