Role Overview
Rocket Now department is responsible for introducing services, entering stores, and proposing promotion programs to affiliated stores and brand partners to provide customers with a more attractive selection. This position leads the sales team, plans and executes sales strategies, and leads team members’ growth to achieve team missions and goals.
What You Will Do
Lead sales teams, plan and execute sales strategies, analyze performance indicators, and consult on results. Progress sales operations based on on-site thinking.
Requirements
- 7 years or more of B2C, B2B sales experience
- Direct sales experience with diverse products and services
- Ability to define and solve problems based on strategic thinking
