Job Overview

Coursera is seeking a Senior Sales Systems Analyst to maintain and enhance our Salesforce instance and sales processes, including CPQ. As part of the Enterprise Systems team, this role will directly impact the effectiveness of pre- and post-sales processes by partnering with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will provide end-to-end solutions, leveraging strong business and technical acumen to drive architectural and engineering maturity within our business systems.

This role requires collaboration across India, EMEA, and US time zones, with some overlap between India and US working hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional and technical workshops to identify business requirements and define solutions.
• Design Salesforce architecture for sales and CPQ processes, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and solution frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy, and IT.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, troubleshooting sales process issues and providing insights.
• Prioritize user stories in backlog grooming sessions based on business needs and technical dependencies.

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, with a focus on Salesforce Flows and Sales processes.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flows, custom objects, validations, metadata, reports, and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (preferred).
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience leading complex initiatives.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification.
• Experience with GTM tooling (e.g., NetSuite, Gong, Clari).
• Experience working in Agile methodologies, using Jira or ServiceNow.
