Role Overview
The Business Travel Sales Manager is responsible for generating and managing corporate and business travel revenue for the hotel, focusing on developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel managers, and local business partners to drive room nights, occupancy, and revenue growth.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and business travel accounts to drive hotel revenue, solicit new business through outside sales calls, networking, site visits, and industry events, maintain and grow existing corporate accounts to maximize revenue opportunities, negotiate corporate rate agreements and manage contractual relationships, conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and property tours for prospective and existing clients.

Requirements

- 2-4 years of hotel sales or hospitality experience
- Strong knowledge of corporate travel market and sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in sales systems and Microsoft Office Suite
