Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, program management or sales within cybersecurity or technology services.
- Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients.
- Track record of achieving growth targets through upselling and strategic account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to travel globally as required for client and CovertSwarm team collaboration and relationship building.
