The Regional Business Development Manager (RBDM) is responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within regional chains, driving growth and expansion of the company, and developing strategic plans to increase annual recurring revenue.
Requirements
- Achieves or exceeds annual recurring revenue quota through the closing and implementation of new regional chains.
- Executes weekly follow-up communications with all opportunities at 75% or greater in the funnel.
- Maintains a qualified pipeline of 3X the annual quota.
- Coordinates implementation of new regional accounts.
- Maintains all activities and funnel status accurately in Salesforce.com.
- Manage relationships and retention of new accounts.
- Achieves personal competency for Cozzini Bros. knife services, programs, and sales items.
- Maintains personal compliance with Cozzini expense policies.
- Maintains Cozzini provided equipment in good working order.
- Adheres to the various policies outlined in Cozzini’s Employee Handbook and Fleet Safety Program.
