Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational sales leadership for the CPG/Retail business unit.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Product.
- Support sales enablement efforts and optimize sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years experience in sales operations within CPG or Retail sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
