Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative at CPM Holdings, Inc. will receive inbound customer calls, place orders, and coordinate sales from outside salespeople. Requirements

• Receive inbound phone calls from customers
• Coordinate orders
• Write return goods authorization for returning product from the field
• Give initial consideration of warranty from customer inquiry or complaint
• Gather information and specifications from prospective customers to write a quotation
• Call into assigned territory to solicit new customers
