Requirements
- Local candidate with internship or work experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Plumbing and HVAC industry experience is a plus
- General knowledge of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and fittings or ability to learn quickly
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical piping systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused with strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to contribute to growth
Benefits
- Base Salary $65K to $75K Negotiable
- Total OTE $80K to $85K
