Brand Consulting – Director, Business Development (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Director, Business Development in the field of International Brand Consulting to strengthen our CAA Brand Consulting team in Munich. The role involves developing proposals, pitches, and managing relationships with key prospects and internal stakeholders. The candidate must have experience developing and implementing marketing plans and creating and maintaining relationships internationally.

Requirements

• Significant agency, consulting or in-house experience with a proven track record in a similar role
• Proven experience in strategic decision-making, campaign planning, communications, asset development and amplification
• Confident presentation skills, verbal and written with a strong attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines
• Ability to build business relationships at senior decision-making levels
• Experience of working with businesses and key decision makers across multiple categories
• Well-established network across brands and rightsholders within the international sports and entertainment space
• Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with a strong financial acumen and commercial mindset
• Team player and strong people management skills; supportive of colleagues and management to achieve team goals
• Creative flair with a passion for ideas and innovative thinking
• Interest within the Sport, Culture & Entertainment sectors
• Excellent written and spoken German and English (minimum C1 level)
• Willingness to travel internationally is required
