Business Development Lead – ID Verification & Partnership Initiatives

The Business Development Lead – ID Verification & Partnership Initiatives will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in CEE markets, particularly around Identity/KYC solutions, and supporting the overall team in other sales activities. The role will also require the lead to co-own and drive efforts around the ‘Malta 3.0’ initiative, a full-fledged greenfield credit bureau in Malta.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–10 years in business development, solution consulting, or a commercial role within credit risk technology, decisioning platforms, data services, or a credit bureau environment
• Strong understanding of consumer and/or commercial credit risk, decisioning processes, and bureau operations across financial services and telecom
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting credit risk, onboarding, and data usage including KYC, AML, GDPR, and consumer lending regulations
