The Account Manager role is a critical position in driving Net Revenue Retention across an existing portfolio of Corporate Clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning commercial outcomes post-sale, focusing on contract renewals, value-led upsell, and product adoption, while strengthening long-term retention and new product adoption.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years sales experience as an Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Account Executive or Sales Development Representative within the tech/ SaaS space
- Nurturing approach and excellent customer-facing skills
- Problem-solving, active listening, and communication skills
- Ability to work in shorter sales-cycles of 2 weeks and under
- Experience with CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting of renewals and expansion activity
