CreditorWatch is a leading Australian data and technology company seeking a Sales Manager (SaaS) to lead a team of Account Managers/BDMs in driving Net Revenue Retention across a defined portfolio of existing customers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS SMB/retention leadership experience
- GRR/NRR outcomes in high volume portfolios
- Usage led retention, renewal processes, save strategies, and competitive defence
- Confidence using SalesForce (or equivalent), cohort analysis and portfolio health modelling
