Your Responsibilities
- You take on project management for exciting and challenging customer projects from our entire portfolio.
- You are responsible for identifying, defining, and implementing best practices for systems and processes.
- You use data to gain deeper insights and base planning, forecasting, and strategies on them.
- With a high degree of independence, you are responsible for day-to-day work with multiple customers.
- You support customers in implementing CRM best practices within a global sales team and resolve user issues.
Your Profile
- You have at least 4+ years of experience in the Revenue Operations field.
- You have initial leadership experience where you have developed best practices throughout your career.
- You can lead Revenue Operations projects from idea through execution to completion.
- You have a strong desire to solve problems and constantly think about ways to create change.
- You already have experience with Salesforce (Admin), advanced HubSpot knowledge (or other CRM administration knowledge), and initial experience with Jira (or similar project management tools).
- You have very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking and look forward to working in an international team.
