Territory Sales Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for driving profitable revenue of railing materials in a specific market area. Utilizing all available Oldcastle RDI, products, and strategies to service existing customer base, to grow revenue through both existing partnerships and new account acquisition.

What You Will Do

Achieving sales revenue and profitability targets within assigned territory, growing marketplace by managing a large portfolio of existing accounts and adding new dealer and contractor business, creating and/or attending customer events, tradeshows or other events each year to develop brand and product awareness in the territory.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in railing or another building-materials industry, and knowledge or ability to help customers design and quote and price specific custom-build fence or railing projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years B2B sales; preferably in railing or another building-materials industry
  • Knowledge or ability to help customers design and quote and price specific custom-build fence or railing projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
