Cricut is looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytically minded Sales Operations Manager to join their Sales Operations team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and comfortable working across departments to drive business performance through forecasting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, demand planning, or supply chain management—ideally in consumer electronics, retail, or e-commerce
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets
- Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, trend analysis)
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Domo, or similar
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and sales forecasting
- Proven ability to drive results through process improvement and data insights
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
