Job Title

Cricut is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to optimize sales processes, support revenue growth, and improve overall sales effectiveness. The role will work closely with sales leadership, finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Requirements

Develop, analyse, and manage sales forecasts
Evaluate and implement tools, systems, and processes to improve sales productivity and reporting
Partner with leadership to set KPI’s and monitor sales performance metrics
Lead process improvement initiatives
Train and support sales team members on tools and processes
Collaborate with sales and customers on pipeline, order proposals and inventory
