As an Account Manager at Critical Mass, you are a key partner to both clients and colleagues, playing an essential role in managing day-to-day business needs, driving projects forward, and building strong relationships.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including media plan fulfillment, creative adjustments, and ensuring accurate trafficking setup through close coordination with ad operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, ad operations, project delivery, and strategy teams to ensure all deliverables are met on time and to expectations
- Take ownership of campaigns and project work, with the opportunity to expand into leading larger sales events, launches, or asset creation initiatives
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering open, collaborative relationships and ensuring daily needs and long-term goals are met
- Support the Account Director in running the business, while also bringing forward new ideas and unique solutions to enhance client outcomes
