We’re looking for an experienced CRM executive to step up into a CRM Manager role, to develop and optimise our new CRM function. Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, you’ll drive engagement, retention and loyalty from our retail investor database (B2C). We are looking for someone creative and data-driven who can build complex marketing campaigns through our CRM platform, Braze.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop our CRM programme for Crowdcube investors
  • Implement marketing automations at each stage of the lifecycle journey
  • Work closely with wider stakeholders including the product, design and International teams to prioritise the customer journey and experience
  • Implement end-to-end engagement strategies to increase investor activation and retention
  • Implementing audience selection, segmentation and analysis
  • Report on and improve database and investor KPIs, sharing key learnings and insights across the business
  • Collaborate with the data team to identify investor behaviour and insights to inform new CRM programmes or campaigns

Ideally you will have:

  • At least two years experience in a similar role, where you have implemented a CRM or customer marketing strategy
  • Demonstrable experience of building advanced CRM campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with copywriting experience
  • Quick learner and problem solver, eager to learn and develop within a B2C role
  • A can-do attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Braze, or a similar leading CDP/ESP
  • Worked in a tech or product led business

Our interview process typically consists of an initial phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager and a task, followed by a final interview with other members of the team. There aren’t any trick questions and the task will typically be based on a real scenario the team have worked on.
