Your Role: Revenue Technology Analyst
What you’ll do:
- Be the trusted and respected technology expert for our go to market teams across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success ensuring proper integration between platforms and data flow
- Translate business requirements into technical processes and workflows leveraging our tech stack
- Develop and configure solutions using the Salesforce.com toolset including custom objects, fields, workflows, process builders, etc.
- Manage and troubleshoot systems issues and feature releases
- Document and maintain our internal knowledge repository
Ideally, you’ll have:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales/revenue operations role
- Proficiency and understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Experience with Python and SQL
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, collaboration and consultative skills
- Proficiency at process mapping, design and documentation.Knowledge of GTM tech stack
- Our stack includes: Salesforce, Drift, Uberflip, Hubspot, Mixmax, Dooly, Outreach, Dealhub, BigQuery
- Proven experience collaborating and working with a variety of departments, stakeholders and vendors
- A track record of identifying and solving impactful business problems
- Strong systems and logical thinking with business acumen.
Nice to have but not necessary:
- Salesforce admin certification and experience coding in Lighting
