Role Overview

Step into a pivotal leadership role with a global leader in material handling and take ownership of driving growth in a changing market. Lead a team of Account Managers to increase capability and performance, drive new business growth, and build strong customer relationships.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers, drive new business growth, partner with customers, implement sales strategies, and contribute to the broader NSW & ACT leadership team.

Requirements

  • Hands-on sales leader or senior B2B salesperson
  • Proven ability to win new business in competitive or price-sensitive markets
  • Experience in capital equipment, industrial, construction, transport, or similar sectors (preferred)
  • Strong coaching ability
  • Resilient, commercially sharp, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
