Crunchyroll is seeking a strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Analyst to support its Marketing and Operations teams. This role involves performing comprehensive analysis, managing reporting, and supporting budget setting and forecasting processes. The position focuses on improving marketing and performance, leveraging data-driven insights to influence growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytical environments (e.g. FP&A, Accounting, Strategic Planning, Investment Banking, Consulting)
- Understanding of marketing, paid media, and user acquisition cycles
- Understanding of subscription economics (ARPU, LTV, CAC, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to perform complex financial modeling
- Experience presenting to a non-finance audience
- Experience using NetSuite, Adaptive, or other enterprise software
- Prior experience at a media/entertainment/tech company
