Requirements
- 2-4 years of business development experience within the staffing industry
- Proven track record of generating new business and driving revenue growth
- Experience selling contract staffing, consulting services, and/or direct hire solutions
- Strong prospecting and client acquisition skills across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
