The Role:

As Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be at the forefront of our strategic growth initiatives, overseeing revenue generation, business development, and client relationships. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our sales, marketing, and commercial teams to expand market share, drive profitability, and foster long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute high-impact revenue strategies to achieve business growth.
✅ Identify and secure new revenue streams within security and facilities management.
✅ Drive strategic partnerships with key clients, government bodies, and stakeholders.
✅ Oversee sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
✅ Implement data-driven decision-making, optimizing pricing and service offerings.
✅ Foster a high-performance culture, mentoring teams and enhancing productivity.

Who We’re Looking For:

🔹 Proven CRO, Sales Director, or Commercial Director experience in security, FM, or related sectors.
🔹 Strong commercial acumen with expertise in contract negotiation, bid management, and strategic sales.
🔹 Track record of delivering multi-million-pound revenue growth.
🔹 Experience leading high-performing sales & marketing teams.
🔹 Exceptional stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at C-suite level.
