Key Account Manager (m/f/x) – Territory: Oslo

We are hiring a Key Account Manager to strengthen our Commercial Organization in the Oslo area. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, driving product adoption, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a scientific or commercial field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally in hospital settings
  • Experience in immunology, hematology, or rare diseases
  • Strong account management and portfolio planning capabilities
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems like Vinci/Salesforce is a plus
  • High digital literacy and adaptability to new technologies
