The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and management of marketing strategies and community relations, working alongside the Director of Marketing to manage all aspects of marketing for the entire organization.

Requirements

  • Ability to work side by side with the Marketing Director
  • Involvement/ability to execute digital marketing calendars
  • Ability to analyze reporting from brand websites and utilize industry data efficiently
  • Takes initiative to research cutting edge technology that helps strengthen the CSM brands
  • In consistent communication with advertising partners to review contracts, pricing and performance
  • Manage optimization and analysis of Hotel brand or vanity websites
  • Develop and manage marketing tools and resources aligned to support sales teams
  • Analyze marketing opportunities and advertising effectiveness
  • Manage all online content
  • Conduct analysis of customer research, current market conditions and recommendations
  • Oversees/works with hotels on their Social Media Accounts & Online Reputation Management
  • Works closely with vendors and agencies on changing needs including PR vendors and press releases
  • Reporting – Analyze and compose various e-commerce channels and hotel performance on the channels via a comprehensive snapshot
  • Identify new sources of revenues, including Transient, Group or Catering prospecting through branded tools for solicitation efforts
  • Attend revenue strategy meetings with hotels and partners to assist with the full RevGen strategy
