Culture Amp is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to lead and scale high-performing marketing and sales development teams. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and collaboration to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. The Director will oversee account-based experience (ABX) strategies, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing operations or revenue operations within a high-growth SaaS or B2B tech environment.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (Hubspot, Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), prospect engagement (Outreach), and ABX platforms (6Sense).
  • Demonstrated ability to spearhead innovative, scalable ABX programs using data and AI.
  • Robust expertise in lead management, scoring, enrichment, and attribution modeling.
  • Proven success in forging strong partnerships across Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation.
  • Track record of leading executive presentations and KPI inspections.
