Culture Amp is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to transform, optimize, and scale high-performing marketing and sales development teams. This role focuses on data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and innovative solutions using AI and ABX principles. The ideal candidate will lead a team focused on efficient pipeline growth and scaling business impact within a dynamic SaaS environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing operations or revenue operations.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, ABX platforms (e.g. 6Sense & AI tools), and data analytics.
  • Ability to lead innovative ABX programs using data and technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in lead management, scoring, and attribution.
  • Proven track record in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
