Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Commercial Account Executive to drive new business with Commercial/Mid-Market organizations across APAC, championing employee experience through accessible people analytics. The role involves acquiring net new customers, delivering a world-class consultative sales experience, and establishing lasting partnerships that amplify Culture Amp’s mission to create a better world of work for 100 million people.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ proven success in a SaaS solution sales role with a focus on new logo acquisition and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Demonstrated ability to build and convert pipeline through self-sourced opportunities as well as inbound leads
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with experience leading tailored demos and managing C-level relationships
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and comfort navigating complex decision processes
- High proficiency in Salesforce (or other major CRM platform) and familiarity with modern sales engagement tools
