Senior Business Intelligence / Analytics Developer (Epic Cogito)

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to play a key role in delivering enterprise reporting and analytics solutions within a healthcare, Epic?centric analytics environment. This position partners closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to transform complex data into meaningful insights that support decision?making across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (required; work experience may not substitute)
• 6+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, analytics development, or data warehousing
• Strong SQL development expertise, including complex query design, optimization, and performance tuning (SQL Server / SSMS required)
• Advanced experience with Epic Cogito, including Clarity and Caboodle data models
• Epic Cogito Fundamentals certification (required); additional Cogito certifications preferred
• Experience developing enterprise analytics in healthcare environments, with strong understanding of clinical and operational data
• Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects, PowerInsight EDW, and healthcare reporting ecosystems
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem?solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with both technical and non?technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently on complex initiatives while contributing as a collaborative team member
