Requirements

  • Proven track record scaling revenue operations (ideally 100M+ to $1B).
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (Dev a plus).
  • Experience managing compensation plans, territory design, and complex workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with data translation.
  • Collaborative approach with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership.
  • Mentorship or team management experience.
