Requirements
- Proven track record scaling revenue operations (ideally 100M+ to $1B).
- Deep Salesforce expertise (Dev a plus).
- Experience managing compensation plans, territory design, and complex workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with data translation.
- Collaborative approach with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership.
- Mentorship or team management experience.
