The operational backbone of our Account Management team, responsible for managing and optimizing processes, coordinating tasks, and ensuring efficient workflows. Key responsibilities include managing customer processes, coordinating with teams, and identifying bottlenecks to find solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a coordinating or process-oriented role, with a strong understanding of B2B SaaS workflows and Salesforce experience.
Requirements
- Experience in a coordinating, operational, or process-oriented role
- Understanding of B2B SaaS workflows (e.g. renewals, product adoption, account processes) & Salesforce experience is a strong plus
- Precise, structured, and able to prioritize while juggling multiple open tasks
- Clear communication skills with both customers and colleagues in French & English
