Requirements
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers
- Process orders and communicate with customers on availability, pricing, shipping timelines, and delivery changes
- Manage customer fill rates and offer substitute items as necessary
- Proactively identify customer issues and communicate to Territory Managers to resolve promptly
