Requirements

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers
• Process orders and communicate with customers on availability, pricing, shipping timelines, and delivery changes
• Manage customer fill rates and offer substitute items as necessary
• Proactively identify customer issues and communicate to Territory Managers to resolve promptly
