Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in customer, lifecycle, or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
- Hands-on experience building and executing email and lifecycle campaigns in a marketing automation platform
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar to evaluate performance and identify next best tests or optimizations
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines with high attention to detail and strong QA habits
- Clear, concise communicator who can collaborate effectively with Product, PMM, Analytics, and Post-sales
- Experience with payments or financial products (e.g., AP, cards, international payments, cash management, or ad-valorem revenue models) is a strong plus
