Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in a Customer Success or Account Management role
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience building and implementing systems and processes for internal communication
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining the ability to see the big picture and strategic objectives
- Passion for helping customers succeed and a natural curiosity for understanding business challenges and solving problems
