Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a passion for technology and a customer-centric approach to help build our Customer Success program. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar role and a background in advocating on behalf of customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services or other similarly customer-centric role
  • Background and passion for advocating on behalf of customers
  • Mind for technology and ability to learn about database and cloud concepts
  • Ability to act with autonomy and make key decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and team player
  • Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus
  • Bilingual English and German
