This role is responsible for leading, managing, coordinating, and implementing daily janitorial services scope of works at store or site locations within the designated area or territory, across multiple customer banners. Key focus areas include managing customer and partner experience, communication, training, and store operations management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer success management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
