Customer.io is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance their marketing products and improve their efficiency. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing marketing operations, including data analysis, Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack integration, and campaign development. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, solution-oriented, and passionate about automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations or Sales Operations (preferably at a B2B SaaS company)
  • 2+ years working in a fast-growing start-up environment
  • High Technological Proficiency in CRM and database management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake)
  • Experience in managing Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
  • Demonstrated capability in building & managing custom integrations, including comfort working with APIs and webhooks
  • Strong problem-solving skills with automation experience
  • Experience in data handling and analytics
  • Independent project management skills
  • A team-oriented mindset
