Customer.io is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Specialist to enhance their marketing products and improve their efficiency. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing marketing operations, including data analysis, Go-to-Market (GTM) tech stack integration, and campaign development. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, solution-oriented, and passionate about automation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations or Sales Operations (preferably at a B2B SaaS company)
- 2+ years working in a fast-growing start-up environment
- High Technological Proficiency in CRM and database management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake)
- Experience in managing Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Demonstrated capability in building & managing custom integrations, including comfort working with APIs and webhooks
- Strong problem-solving skills with automation experience
- Experience in data handling and analytics
- Independent project management skills
- A team-oriented mindset
