Cybereason is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to shape their systems and processes for long-term sustainability. This role focuses on maximizing bookings and revenue by managing daily quote-to-cash processes, data maintenance, CRM requirements, and user collaboration. Collaboration with global Salesforce.com admins is also a key component.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Japanese & English)
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple requests
- Knowledge of quote-to-cash order management
- Experience partnering with Go-To-Market teams
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- Relocation is required
- Japan residency and legal work permission
