The Opportunity

The Role

You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to C-level leadership and the broader organisation, building and scaling the revenue engine across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is a high-impact role for a hands‑on operator who thrives in fast‑paced startup environments and can execute with precision while maintaining strategic perspective.

You’ll own the complete revenue operations stack – from CRM infrastructure and data integrity to forecasting and reporting – ensuring accuracy and scalability across the entire revenue lifecycle. You’ll drive revenue forecasting, pipeline health analysis, and GTM performance insights that directly inform leadership strategy.

You’ll align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared metrics and processes. You’ll design territories, plan capacity, set quotas, and structure incentives that drive measurable results.

This is hands‑on execution with real strategic influence at the highest levels – where your operational excellence directly shapes company trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimise the complete revenue operations stack (CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, tooling, automation)
  • Build and maintain data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable processes across the revenue lifecycle
  • Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline health analysis, and performance reporting – be the source of truth for GTM metrics
  • Prepare regular strategic reports on GTM performance, key metrics, and actionable insights for leadership
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around shared metrics, definitions, and processes
  • Support territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and incentive structure development
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions that improve efficiency and enable scaling
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the C-level team on revenue operations strategy and performance

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations experience in B2B SaaS, data, or AI environments
  • Proven success building revenue operations functions from the ground up in early‑stage startups (highly desirable)
  • Strong background in cybersecurity or enterprise software is a plus
  • Expert‑level knowledge of CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and revenue analytics tools
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Hands‑on operator who executes with precision while maintaining strategic perspective
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration in a high‑growth environment
  • Strong cross‑functional communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent project management discipline and attention to detail
  • Based in or easily commutable to New York for hybrid/in‑office setup
