Cyberhaven is seeking our first Marketing Operations Manager. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, you’ll be a critical member of the go to market team at Cyberhaven. You’ll directly contribute to the growth of our business by driving operational efficiency through process, technology, and enablement. You’ll continuously improve our marketing operations to optimize speed to lead, understand the journey of every customer, integrate and evolve our technology, ensure we make smart investments, and ultimately help Cyberhaven operationalize our marketing strategies. What you’ll do:
- Own the marketing tech stack by leading the administration and management of integrations, lead tracking, lead routing, campaign tracking, field mapping, data hygiene, documentation, and optimization of tools
- Provide thorough knowledge of best practices and processes for marketing operations and actively drive, organize, and participate in key improvements in all marketing technology. Own the MOPs roadmap.
- Troubleshoot and QA workflows, data issues, and other essential marketing ops functions
- Own the strategy and execution of marketing automation workflows, marketing campaign build and operations, and email marketing
- Develop enablement plans, lead training, and deliver documentation to enforce new processes and ensure stakeholders are fully enabled to use new features
- Build and manage reports and dashboards. Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards to track key success metrics for the team and executive leadership.
- Manage existing vendor relationships. Maximize the utility of existing technology. Evaluate, purchase, and implement new software.
What you’ll bring:
- 3-5 years of experience either in a marketing operations or demand generation role in a high growth B2B startup
- 3+ years of experience managing Hubspot, Marketo or similar marketing automation tools
- The ability to identify areas of inefficiency and build processes or solutions that will scale as Cyberhaven grows
- The ambition to build well designed features, seamless processes, and scalable solutions for internal tools
- Proficient with analytical tools and developing reports/dashboards for demand generation performance
- Proficient with the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Google Tag Manager, etc.
- Highly analytical and data driven
