Independent / Specialty Account Executive

Role Overview

Develop strategic account plans to drive sales, market share, and profitability. Identify and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories. Analyze account performance and develop action plans to address opportunities and challenges.

What You Will Do

Build strong, trusted relationships with store owners, buyers, and key decision-makers. Partner closely with accounts to support merchandising, inventory management, and sales initiatives. Ensure retailers are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to maximize sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities
