We’re seeking a Marketing Operations & Lifecycle Manager to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-informed, multi-channel marketing. This role blends strategy and execution—owning lifecycle campaign development while optimizing the systems, data, and processes that power them.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience with 3+ years of direct marketing operations experience
- At least one year of experience working at a start up
- Advanced expertise in Iterable, or similar tool
- Strong data analysis and optimization capabilities
- Self-directed, highly organized, and ability to prioritize
