Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end go-to-market execution and product lifecycle management, and taking full responsibility for product success across the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion).
- Implement and refine product and sales strategies, including market insights, channel research, pricing, and overall planning of sales policies across the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with sales teams to drive product launch and placement in sales channels; monitor sell-in, sell-out and inventory performance, and dynamically adjust sales strategies.
- Manage supply and allocation strategies at different product stages; coordinate with the supply chain team to adjust supply plans as needed.
- Responsible for quarterly and annual sales revenue and gross margin targets, supported by data analysis and performance tracking.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in GTM or equivalent product marketing / commercial roles.
- Solid understanding of P&L management and strong financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- High market sensitivity, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills to develop actionable strategies independently.
Results-driven, proactive, and achievement-oriented.
